Hercules is 2 days under saddle and we hope to have him available for adoption in October.

 

I was born on July 3, 2010 at the training facility of TEARS. My mom is Rosey who found her forever home in 2012. I am a really small horse still, but I am still growing too!

I was Fostered for my first few months of life, then my mom and I thought we had our forwver home... but our "person" wasn't able to keep us after being injured and unable to work. I didn't mind though as my mom and me always have a home at TEARS!

 

I have helped train veterinary technician students learn how to work with horses while I grow up. This year I have been started under saddle as I have grown up enough to be considered for riding! I have been a very slow growing horse but I finally topped out at 14.3hh!

 

I am super sweet and an in your face cuddly kind of guy. I was gelded at 9 months of age during an education class so folks can see what happens when a colt is gelded. My only issue has been teething! I have had to have Dr. Martin out 4 times to remove some really stubborn baby teeth that were causing my upper jaw to swell as I got my adult teeth in.
